First Day of School

This is the beginning of 5th grade for Kyle.
This is the beginning of 2nd grade for Kade.
They are the best of buds when they want to be.

So it has been an awful long time since I have updated this bolg. I have recently started a Facebook account and have been spending way too much time there. My wonderful husband has gotten everyone in the family hooked on Mob Wars. Now this is the way we all communicate.
I have been feeling guilty so I thought I should add some new pictures of what we have been doing.
School has started and we are already off with a bang. Mark made the boys desk in there rooms so that they would do their homework themselves. Now they just ask for our help when they need it instead on it being a constant request. They are both on great soccer teams and they are mostly placed in the striker position to score the goals. Karate is going well and the boys are getting ready to test for their orange belts.

This is our campsite blue bird that was there all day long chirping at us and watching us cook.

Sam really enjoys to camp too because the kids take turns walking him around the camp site.
We have just arrived and everyone is walking around and hanging out.
This is Kyle's expression when the kids found the Treasure Map in the Whisky bottle. I think he knew that his Dad had put this together.

Ledge Fork

Conor is on the Treasure Hunt.
They have found the Treasure Map.
They are all so proud and think that they will soon be rich.

So Mark made up a story about lost treasure in the Mountains by the Ledge Fork campground for the kids to find and this is when they found the Treasure map in the whisky bottle and Barron was so excited and Meg was running to show the parents the bottle with Allie right behind her.

Ledgefork

The boys and the kids were having a wood chopping contest and we still do not know who won.
This was our first morning there and it was so cold but we lit a fire and enjoyed.
This is the site that we saw when we awake on Saturday morning! And this is the tent trailer that Mark bought just for this trip. It is now sold if anyone is surprised. Saturday night and it was still cold.
